Why the world needs the First Nations-Indigenous, African diaspora communities & communities revitalizing collective memory leadership in the efforts for the life sustainability, gender justice & global peace?
  • Conservation & protection of the global biodiversity
Indigenous communities around the world represent between the 5% and 7% of the global population but they protect the 80% of the planet biodiversity, mostly of those communities living in countries of the continents of the global south: Americas, Africa and Asia. Commonly they have been name underdeveloped countries, but the above numbers indicate that really they represent the world powers for the life in this century
  • Neocolonialism, patriarchy & impoverishment
Only 8.8% of indigenous women have higher education, compared to 22.9% of non-indigenous women770 000 children aged 5-12 years are out of school, also the political participation of indigenous women is scarce and limited (ONU, 2020). While the historical facts and the register of the ONU.this extreme inequity was propitiated by the european colonia to the territories of America, Africa and with the capitalist globalization expand to Asia. Currently we experiment the effects of neocolonialism, patriarchy & impoverishment in these regions, bringing under his control the development of the indigenous women. As an act of historic reparations we determinate that those women have to leader the actions for justice and peace in their territories and put their voices and experience in the world dialogues about it.
  • Education and new generations
Education remains crucial in shaping opportunities for
young people and serve as a powerful engine of peace and resilience... The education crisis is especially dramatic for girls, since it is estimated that between 10 and 13 million more girls around the world face the risk of child marriage in the next decade, as well as an increased risk of abandonment school and unwanted pregnancies (ONU, 2022). Decolonial education can address and counter hate speech, racism, classism, violence produced by the european colonia under the indigenous communities around the world.
